On line 41, the value for the givens field is "Heinrich", the suggested correction is "Henrich". Submitted by Shelley. The following comment was attached: clearly not Hein.., yet there appears to be a dot over the first part of the "n"
This correction was evaluated by Krystal Tait: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct.
