This correction was evaluated by Loraine Wilhelm: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct. This comment was added: It doesn't look like an F at the beginning but second letter looks like an e. I will put a line note that it may be Feby
