On line 31, the value for the age field is "39", the suggested correction is "60". Submitted anonymously. The following comment was attached: If birth year is correct then she would have been 60 on her last b-day.
This correction was evaluated by Brent Scollie: I have checked the image of the original form and am very sure that the suggested correction does not reflect the original. This comment was added: Errors are to be transcribed as found. See instructions page. Ther birth year is more likely to be wrong.
