On line 34, the value for the year field is "1868", the suggested correction is "1865". Submitted anonymously.
This correction was evaluated by Rosemary Rafuse: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct. This comment was added: That digit looks more like an"8" than a "5" but it is not made very well, whatever it is.
