On line 47, the value for the givens field is "Chermin", the suggested correction is "Charmin". Submitted by Aline R. Bergemann.
This correction was evaluated by Carol Foisy: I have checked the image of the original form and am very sure that the suggested correction does not reflect the original. This comment was added: I think it looks just like the e in Henrey (immediately above). Also, I suspect it's a mispelling of Germain, so in that position an e would seem most likely.
