On line 41, the value for the year field is "1898", the suggested correction is "1889". Submitted by David Buckley. The following comment was attached: the date on het birth certificate is 1889, the number 9 was misread
This correction was evaluated by Mark Gallop: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct.
