On line 18, the value for the surname field is "Paquet", the suggested correction is "Paque?". Submitted by Michel Dubois.
This correction was evaluated by Mark Gallop: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct. This comment was added: Similar to other 't's at the end of words - eg. Servant on line 16
