Field Correction Notes on this page
Field correction notes are suggested changes offered by a
proofreader or user, they should not be considered authoritative. If
the transcriber agrees with the suggestion they will change the line.
Notes for changes that have been made are removed periodically. The
presence of an uncorrected note is an extra prompt to the user to
consult the image. It is always good practice to confirm the accuracy
of the transcription by consulting the image.

|
This correction was evaluated by Christie Williamson:
I have checked the image of the original form and am very sure that the suggested correction does not reflect the original.
This comment was added: I'm sure it's supposed to be 28, but I don't correct the enumertors and it's definitely an 8, not a 7 like the line above.

On line 42,
the value for the surname
field is "Turner",
the suggested correction is "Illegible". Submitted by Steve Marshall.
The following comment was attached: Difficult to decipher surname, but not necessarily Turner.
|
This correction was evaluated by Christie Williamson:
I have checked the image of the original form and am very sure that the suggested correction does not reflect the original.
This comment was added: If it's illegible, then how do you know it's not Turner? The first letter is similar to F for female which leads me to believe it's a T and I can see a urner.
