This comment was added: I'm sure it's supposed to be 28, but I don't correct the enumertors and it's definitely an 8, not a 7 like the line above.

This correction was evaluated by Christie Williamson: I have checked the image of the original form and am very sure that the suggested correction does not reflect the original. This comment was added: If it's illegible, then how do you know it's not Turner? The first letter is similar to F for female which leads me to believe it's a T and I can see a urner.
