On line 48, the value for the givens field is "Leonard", the suggested correction is "Leonord". Submitted by Shelley. The following comment was attached: 2X magnification I see "ord" at the end-compare with the "or" combination in Doris on line 14
This correction was evaluated by Krystal Tait: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct.
