On line 2, the value for the surname field is "Darby", the suggested correction is "Dalby?". Submitted by Ginny Holl. The following comment was attached: Could be Dalby, but, I think the 3rd letter looks more like an l?
This correction was evaluated by Jason Ness: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct. This comment was added: Looking at other examples, I still think it looks more like an "r" than an "l". Third opinion!?
