On line 37, the value for the surname field is "Shautz", the suggested correction is "Shantz". The following comment was attached: Probably from Waterloo, Ontario - important family name there.
This correction was evaluated by Mark Gallop: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct.
